 Flowers always attract people. Flower decoration is a part of human being. They were found in the caves of first people. They were used widely in Ancient world by all civilizations of different epoch and geographical locations as Egypt, Greece, Rome, Aztecs and others. People of different religions, cultures and continents shared the same interest to the flowers.
It is remarkable, that scientists believe that such interest is not connected with food issues. They made a research and diagnose, that people interest to the flower is basic only on the emotional level. It was officially proved by scientists that cultivated flowers make people happier in 100 cases. They also improve memory condition of elder people.
Humans use flowers for all kind ceremonials and social events – weddings, funerals, baptismal, new baby, new president, anniversaries, etc. Flowers help us to send emotional message to each other. It`s the best way to say “I love you” or “Thank you”.
Flowers may be symbols, as red roses are symbol of love. The rose itself is a symbol of femininity and feminine values in the Western culture. In the Eastern world the main flower is a peony; and it symbolizes the manhood. There is a flower language, which was very popular in Victorian time and has different meaning for types of flowers. So Azalea bouquet sends the message “Take care of you for me.” The same azalea is a symbol of womanhood in Chinese flower language.
During millenniums people have been selected and cultivated flowers, which have more abilities to make them happier. Roses were one of the first cultivated flowers. Modern florists use near 50 types of flowers for their art. Florists have their own trends and style. Some types of flowers may be more popular than others in different time.
